I am extremely pleased with the work Tim did and the quality of his report. He inspected our home top to bottom, inside and out, and even inspected areas we couldn't see with flying HD drone video. He offers many packages - My wife and I needed everything done (asbestos, termite, mold) and he bundled them all for a great price. He has better prices than anyone else we called. I Hired Tim for my home inspection, I am very disappointed the way it has been done. I was with him during the inspection, I don?t think there is anything I felt like he is doing a good job. I can?t cancel at that point except continue the process. On the inspection day it was a chilly and snowy day, he knew , he can?t complete exterior inspection properly, the amount he he charged me, he should have offered another day to complete the exterior inspection or when snow get cleaned. I found Tim and Timely Home Inspection doing a Google search. I read all his amazing reviews and decided to choose him for a home inspection for a house that my fiance and I wanted to purchase. The thing that I was so impressed with was the fact that 2 minutes after submitting the form Tim contacted me right away.
