Tim is very professional. He made me feel comfortable to what he was doing. He was thorough. Easy to read report. Excellent service.

Tim definitely was very professional about his work. He was at the house even before I was. Some parts of the house were deliberately not inspected (e.g. electrical panel, crawl space). Also, despite the termite and radon inspections being free, the bill was pretty high.
Business response:
Electrical panels are only removed if it is Safe to do so at the time of the inspection. My explanations are in the report for not doing so along with recommendations to have it performed at a later date when safer conditions are met. The same would go for a crawl space.
Tim was on time and very thorough. Even though the task took longer than expected he was just as thorough at the end as at the beginning. The report provided had pictures and comments and was easy to follow.
Our Home inspection was done on 4/19/2017. Our inspector Tim was punctual and did not rush through the inspection. I felt like he was very thorough which made me very comfortable. He gave me a lot of information and detailed what we were looking at and looking for. I WILL recommend him anytime I have the opportunity and I couldn't have asked for a better inspection by him.

Tim from Timely Home Inspections was great. He responded to my inquiry quickly and did not try to push services I did not need, like some of the others I contacted. He was on time, thorough and explained areas of concern to me so I understood what the report meant when I received it. The report was thorough, detailed and received the following day.
