This company is the worst. I have been a home signature customer for 3 years. Customer service has gotten worse. Called tonight because my basement cable box wasn't working. Lady told me to turn my box off. Then schedule me a tech. I rebooted it myself and still doesn't work. Can't wait to have a tech show and tell me he's not able to work on our equipment because it home signature. Pay to much for this kind of service. Direct TV is sounding better. Thanks.

After 7 years of Roadrunner I get a letter in the mail saying my promotion has ended. Says my bill will go up 23 dollars a month but because I'm such a good customer its only going up 13 dollars a month. What a heck of a way to do a rate increase. literally lying. How can a company operate like that. I have not been on any promotion for the last 7 years I pay full boat for this crap. I will be looking for a new service provider.What a joke.

It is ridiculous that we have had repeated service calls for the same issue over the past nine months. Internet, television and phone all go bad at once. Have been told it was a problem with the lines. Have been told it is signal strength, have been told my modem is flapping, have been told that there is nothing wrong. Two days ago a Time Warner rep refused to schedule a service call. Told my wife he would reset the modem and hung up on her. If they do not get this email issue fixed today, we will switch to AT&T. Already dumped them when Showtime was blocked last year and went to Direct TV. Kept them for internet but getting ready to switch. This is day 3 with no email and is getting ridiculous!
Switched over to Cincinnati Bell after being a TW customer since 1983. Service was not that good and Cincinnati offered us a better price for Cable, internet and phone. When we called TW to tell them of the better price , they did not care, did not offer to match price. The customer service reps were actually rude. And now TW is keeping a lock on our phone number so Cincy Bell cannot activate our phone.
