Paying for 100mbits/s and only getting a constant 32.33 awesome job twc who else is having issues like that??
I've been a customer for around 2 years. Dropped AT&T due to poor customer service. Time Warner has the same problem when trying to talk to a human. They keep raising their rates, and service is spotty. When I get a call asking to upgrade my services, I tell the telemarketers fix what they provide before asking for more money. I called tonight and after 15 minutes of my lunch, on hold, they hung up. Not happy.
Very poor. You can't even put UK game on tonight. Most of us does not have espnu. I guess you are just trying to get more money from everyone, but the only thing you are going to do is make everyone choose cin bell. You already only show the same movies over and over and over. Put things on that people can enjoy, and stop being greedy. Greed never gets you anywhere.
THEY DON'T OFFER SERVICES TO CERTAIN AREAS, THEY'RE OVERPRICED, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS. WHAT DO THEY HAVE TO OFFER?
This is one of the worst companies in existence, terrible customer service, nobody knows anything about anything, you get different answers every time you call. They just don't care. This is one of the few companies I truly hate.
After 7 years I switched to direct and century link. Don't really miss the piss poor customer service. Wanted me to pay $600 to run a new line from pole to my house.
