because you screw, lie, and mislead your customers...a $35 dollar a month cable bill costs over $70. Thousands without cable for nearly 2 weeks, yet charged for an entire month! You guys SUCK!
We signed up for a one month trial of the television streaming service and are now trying to cancel it. The man on the phone is making a million excuses why we cannot cancel. He is asking all kinds of personal questions, including a list of all the devices we own. This kind of "service" is going to cause us to cancel our internet, too. Totally unacceptable.
I can definitely rely on your service! Rely on it to stop working continuously. What do I pay for? Garbage. When you try to call to get assistance, you can't even talk to a real person. May just give Verizon more of my money to use my phone as a hot spot instead of using your worthless service.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I would never recommend this company.
Time Warner is great. I only lose internet service 6 or 7 times a day and get charged the small sum of $60 for the pleasure of not being able to use it. Thanks a million Time Warner..
Thanks Spectrum. Yes, you came on time. Couldn't stay to get everything fixed, left and said maybe we'll be back in a week. Moved around a lot of phones and nothing is in the right spot. You even left you shoe covers in the garage which you really didn't want to wear on a rainy. I'm not your Mother and when someone comes into my home I don't expect to clean up after them. Can't believe you left knowing we had a problem. Worthless visit. Same as the last.
Well cable let me tell you, you f***ing suck! My bill went from 141 to 155 last month to 170 his month. You overseas morons do NOT know CS at all. So you tell the genius executive that decided to do this just lost a customer. Rabin s. Offered me no options in plans until I chewed his ass. Internet service is terrible. You can't even stay connected to the internet upstairs. The signal is too weak.
