My Internet Goes Out EVERYTIME it Rains. Not getting Speeds I'm paying for. They CANCELLED a Service Call without notifying me. Very unsatisfied customer. My internet has been out 4x this month. $2 credit is all I got today.
I got a call from 937-854-8569 shortly after 5 this evening. The caller said he was John from Time Warner Cable. When I asked John to please put our phone number on the do not call list I was left with silence from the other end of the line, I said hello? then the next thing I heard was a loud busy tone (the type you would hear if you called someone else on the phone and they were on it), It was very disturbing, so I called the number back only to hear a recording saying the number was disconnected or no longer in service. You pretend to go digital and I'm not going to pretend to tell you to shut off my cable service! Just another way to gouge money out of customers and I'm not pretending to enjoy it! Now hows that for a review?
The internet service is great, but customer service is not so great. Do not ever make a payment on their website. I have had to talk to them twice about one issue and talk to my bank to find out what really happened. I wish I other good choices for internet services as I would not use Time Warner based off their customer service.
I was beginning to believe your comments when the computer answered my call to the Dayton, Ohio Time Warner. It wanted me to select a number, but none were for vacation hold. So I just pushed buttons and the computer told me we had a bad connection to hand up and call right back. So I did and continued to push buttons. Finally, got Adrienne and she directed me to Marshi, both girls were wonderful and very helpful. This company sucks. Since March we have been trying to get cable, we have been cancelled rescheduled and then when we call back no one at that company knows a thing. Well this most recent was Thursday, we called and they said Saturday they will be here between 10 and 11 that being today. now my husband is on the phone and guess what nothing is scheduled for today.
