If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to this place to replace the batteries of 6 watches and to repair a strap on one. We had 2 Raymond Weil Parsifal watches, 2 Concorde La Scala with 18k yellow gold bands, one with a 360 degree diamond bezel, 1 Movado, and 1 novelty Mudd watch. When we got to the store we were lucky enough to be the only ones there so it appeared the guy behind the counter had enough time to work on replacing all 6 of these batteries.
