Best service department and the sales department goes above and beyond. This past Wednesday, I was leaving work (about an hour and a half away from home) and noticed I had a nail in my tire. I called Honda main number and basically got the run around and wanted to send me to a local Honda near my work. They wanted to charge me for towing and repair. They told me it would take a while. We were there looking at Honda pioneer1000s, the sale department was very helpful with information on the pioneer and tried extremely hard to get us in a 2019, especially Justine Umstot. Though we ended up buying a 2018 from another dealer because of a mistake on the total price of the unit that I held them too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend timbrook and Justine to anyone looking to buy a Honda, and plan to do business with them in the future. Thank you
