Recently visited Timbrook Honda walked in service entrance looked at helmets gloves jackets went over looking at 4wheelers looked at new bikes used bikes passed 1woman 2kids that was the only customers I seen.Not one person asked to help.A couple days later talked with the internet sales guy told him the situation. he said he would get back to me. I highly recommend Glen Wright. With him you are not just a sale or commission check you are important to him as a customer. He took the time to explain everything to my Great Grandson about the dirt bike we purchased. Most people just talk to the adults. Thank You Mr.Wright
If you have a warranty on a side by side, take it elsewhere!!!!! they had NO CLUE WHAT THEIR DOING!!!! Took over a month to get are issues corrected AND GET PARTS ! WE HAD TO TELL THEM WHAT THE ISSUE WAS 4 TIMES !
Great selection, knowledgeable mechanics, good finance options, Honda quality. There is also other motorcycles besides Honda. The only thing that could be improved is to conduct safety motorcycle � classes.
I just wanted to say thank you to the best team I have ever bought a bike from they were great from Glen you gave me the best test ride I could have asked for to Todd back in the garage who is a wealth of knowledge to the parts and finance guys.
