It was fine until they changed management companies twice in one year going through a "muti million dollar renovation " the tenants are getting lost in the mix my dish washer has been broke for almost a week I was told it would get fixed today I have standing water in the bottom my apartment is starting to stink I have call numerous times today and they won't answer this is not worth the money we pay per month.
Please tell me why no one ever answers the phone?

INTERNET IS VERY BAD. BE WARNED. Besides the normal outages a couple hours a day, we are going on our monthly weekend with no internet. Started Thursday and it's Sunday and still not working. The FCC banned contracts between apartments and cable companies in 2007. Why are you still in contract with such a horrible service provider? Were they the cheapest and you just thought about saving money over quality service for your residents that pay pretty high prices? Why hasn't it changed yet?
Terrible management, impossible to get into contact with. Left June 16th, gave them all of my contact information and low and behold I get a letter from a collections company saying I owe them money! No attempts to contact me by anyone from Timberlinks. Extremely unimpressed.
