I have lived at timberlinks 2x in my life, once before they renovated and now after. I was a little concerned because the rent was high, but it has been worth it. I couldn't imagine living in another cummunity. The people who live here are friendly, quite, and our office staff is quick, friendly, and understanding. I highly recommend this place to everyone who interested.
Me and my family are looking for somewhere to live in the Denton area. I have called this place about 20 times and nobody has been able to answer.... what kind of customer service is this, also I have heard that the management is horrible form all the reviews.
Our office has been through quite a few changes. The staff that is onsite have been great troopers helping residents get into the groove with all of the new changes including the upgrades. Paul, Elaina, Jason and Tiffany are very helpful and always wearing a smile. Thank you!
I have lived at the Timberlinks for four years. I was a little concerned about moving back into an apartment after having had a house, but Paul McColley did a wonderful job of showing me the benefits of downsizing. No property taxes, a wonderful maintenance staff, 24 hour gym, gorgeous pool, and a very entertaining golf course. Things may have changed in the last year, but when I was there, they charged you for DirecTV service whether or not you used it. (It was part of your monthly bill). They changed owners 4 times in 3 years. They started charging for "preferred parking" So if there was a good spot they'd put a sign there and say that you had to pay for that spot. etc. The office staff were kinda "eh" Generally nice to you but sometimes unable to resolve things.
