Do not sign the lease or pay any money to Timberlinks Apartments until you see your unit you will be living in in it’s entire “move in ready” state. They do not do a deep cleaning before you move into your apartment. They did send a cleaning lady who showed up and did such a poor cleaning job that I can’t even call it a job or cleaning. I was not home when she went and she only wiped a door down that specifically mentioned to the leasing office. That’s it. It is a very nice community most of the neighbors are friendly They have very nice floor plans And the apartments with patios are great if you like outside I am on my 2nd years and plan to stay if all goes as planned Great place
Loving it here! It is a very quiet community with the nicest neighbors your could ask for!
Amenities are very nice, maintenance with New Management takes a little bit longer, pool experience is also nice, but pool needs to be upgraded with construction on the floor, also hot tub is not working and needs to be repaired
So, I somehow managed to lock my dog in my bedroom, and immediately started to panic. Cedric came within 5 minutes of my maintenance request, and immediately fixed the problem. I have been SOOOO impressed with him as a maintenance manager, and just wanted to take the time to brag about his outstanding work ethic. Thank you so much.
