Timberline apartments are kept very nice , clean , and we'll handled by the Manager never had any problems they have always helped me in anyway pool is also very nice and clean save neighborhood I am so glad I came here !!!!!!

The apartments are nice, maintenence is IMMEDIATE, yes theres some crime its North side of Fort Smith, but I personally have had no run ins or trouble with anyone. Office staff addresses issues quickly.
