I love the flats!!! I love living at the flats the people in the office or amazing and super understanding. Also, the dog park is very convenient and I love that the apartment was completely remodeled before we moved in.
Helpful I have lived here for 3 years and anytime I have an issue the office and maintenance are quick to take care of it.
The flats I love living at the flats because the owners are caring, understanding, and are great about working with people and their needs. Apartments are clean and homey.

Lovely apartment My name is Cassandra an I have been here for a little over. Year. My little family an I couldn’t be happier! Clean safe maintenance is fast managers are sweet & it’s truly a small community here.
I love living here!! The management is awesome here Ms Lisa and Ms Darla listen to whatever problems you have and they take action if needed i recommend living here.
Living in the Flats Great atmosphere to live in. Quiet and the staff is very friendly. Parking and laundry mat on site is very convenient.
I Love it Here - Crystal & Robbie Turnbull I love living here because (A) The staff are vey polite and get your problems solved quickly (B) The property is very clean and well lit with installation of the new flood lights (C) The newly renovated apartments along with new painted buildings look great and give you a warm welcoming place to call home (D) Maintenance is very prompt and fast to attend to you’re work order quickly
Would recommend We enjoy living at the flats because it is in the heart of the city. Super convenient. Property managers are SO nice and helpful. Rent is very inexpensive if you’re balling on a budget!
