Good staff and quick maintenance. Central to everything.
Pretty friendly, usually quick response to problems occurred, fairly quiet, at least where I'm at, nice little starter place.
Great rental rates, in a great school district, walking distance to UFAS, close to tasty restaurants, the mall and Wal-Mart! There are pools, basketball court and a club house.
Worst apartments I've ever stayed in. Dirty when I moved in, and whenever a neighbor flushed the toilet I would get scolded with hot water. Absolutely horrible apartments.
