I have read several reviews however I can't base my experience on the reviews that I have read. I have not have any issues as of yet. I have only had a great experience so far. The management team is top notch from what I have seen and I hope to continue to see the same characteristics. Mrs. Tanisha and her team are the best from what I have seen. Keep up the great work!!!! Show God's love in all that you do. Remember we are the hands and feet of Jesus!!! We are his disciples.
See a lot of reviews with management but I can feel energy as I walk in and it was great communication is the bomb and they are very polite. Something’s are out of the people in the leasing office control give them grace !
Valley crest apartments are really good apartments to live in. I have had a really good experience living here. The property is kept clean. The property manager Tanisha is professional and understanding. Any issues in my unit the maintenance staff takes care of it. I would recommend living at Valley crest apartments.
Please do not move here please do not. The other reviews are telling the truth. Tanisha is the worst property manager i have ever been leased under. So rude and she has no care for any of her residents. I moved out December of 2025 and I am still getting messages about a balance that I do not owe. I OVERPAID on rent for months. I also have not gotten my security deposit back that i paid TWICE btw. I left the apartment just the way that it came. They are threatening to sue me for months of unpaid rent up to May 2026!
