Nice friendly staff and a smooth move in experience. They was fast to answer any question I had and fixing issues I had with the apartment. Great neighborhood it's quiet no issues or drama I really appreciate that!
Over the last year there have been really good changes at Valley Crest Apartments. I am happy to be a resident here. The office team is always available to help me and actually responds to questions and concerns. Tanisha and Shamia are absolutely amazing!!!!!

My move-in experience was not got good! I had to do alot of deep cleaning. Maintenance repairs were not done! My tub has peeling paint and a faucet drip. The bottom handle of fridge is broken that have yet been repaired since move in 2 months ago!. Several of those who don't work prawl around on drugs. Always the smell of strong smell of marijuana!. Recent work on the parking lot, I received 1st notice in my door in which I obliged by and moved my car to the other side. I did not receive the second notice of any kind to move... read more
Parking lot repairs start at 8:00AM? We will put up dinky flyers that don’t stick to people’s doors (when we MUCH EASIER could have been more professional and sent an email/text the night prior, when we knew the plan) and at 8:30 AM we will send a text to let our residents know we are towing their cars so that THEY can fund the repairs AND our bonuses! The BBB already love us.
