Valley crest apartments are really good apartments to live in. I have had a really good experience living here. The property is kept clean. The property manager Tanisha is professional and understanding. Any issues in my unit the maintenance staff takes care of it. I would recommend living at Valley crest apartments.
Please do not move here please do not. The other reviews are telling the truth. Tanisha is the worst property manager i have ever been leased under. So rude and she has no care for any of her residents. I moved out December of 2025 and I am still getting messages about a balance that I do not owe. I OVERPAID on rent for months. I also have not gotten my security deposit back that i paid TWICE btw. I left the apartment just the way that it came. They are threatening to sue me for months of unpaid rent up to May 2026! THE MOST RIDICULOUS PEOPLE I’VE EVER DEALT WITH. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! If I could give this place 0 stars and still leave a review I would. We left this complex in August 2025 and are STILL in a battle to get our security deposit back. Would not recommend staying here due to the Management that is over this complex. I've had 3 different ones since I've been in here the last 2 years, and this one is by far the worst one. I Put in maintenance request, and they fill them without coming to actually fix the problem. Then when I try to talk to TANISHA the manager, she is always rude or unavailable. Tanisha was very rude and unprofessional during my time as a resident. She rarely answered phone calls or responded to concerns in a timely manner. She frequently placed unnecessary notices on residents’ doors, which created frustration and confusion. Her attitude toward tenants was often disrespectful, and she did not provide the level of customer service that residents deserve. My experience with her management was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend renting here based on how I was treated.
