The staff is usually pleasant & helpful. My biggest complaint at this moment is the lack of storage. I wish I were mindful of the storage or the lack of storage, before moving in.(I guess it's not really the complex fault for me not being more observant)My hot water heater is inside my only closet in my bedroom which leaves me very little space to hang my clothes. My "updated" unit does not have a ceiling fan, but many other units do. But, Still, They Are Nice Apts. I Can't Take That Away From Them.

The staff is rude, disrespectful, and acts like tenants and visitors are a problem instead of customers. Angela has a terrible attitude and talks to people like they don’t matter. Nice friendly staff and a smooth move in experience. They was fast to answer any question I had and fixing issues I had with the apartment. Great neighborhood it's quiet no issues or drama I really appreciate that!
Over the last year there have been really good changes at Valley Crest Apartments. I am happy to be a resident here. The office team is always available to help me and actually responds to questions and concerns. Tanisha and Shamia are absolutely amazing!!!!!
