Interesting how I call to inquire and an apartment is available for me to see and available at the end of the month so i make an appointment to go look at it. 2 hours later when I arrive, it is not available. Lady kept mentioning nothing available in that price range. This was before she opened her computer. Also they had my number to cancel appointment. They even told me they could hold it for 2 weeks. Building 1 Unit 102...we have accepted their "generous" offer to an agreed termination of the lease by providing 30 days notice and we got to pay 1/2 the re-let fee....and we get to keep paying rent and utilities on an apartment for our son that he and his roommate can't even enjoy due to health and safety issues...oh, we also get to pay a pro-rate portion of January's rent! Generous? I think NOT!
RecommendedI've lived at Timbercreek going on 3 years now. I absolutely love the feel of living next to a creek and still being walking distance from downtown. Sure sometimes you'll find a critter here and there seasonally (millipedes), but I literally have a creek 3 yards from my back door, so what else can you expect? The leasing office is always on top of things with sending pest control when I need it, so it's never an issue. I've had two packages from Amazon that say delivered a week ago. I checked my mailbox and my front door and they have not been delivered either place. Does anyone know where I could find them?
It's certainly not overpriced when you consider the real estate of the location. You're paying far less than those just a block away. It's not covered and gold and marble with a doorman, but it's got hot water for days, great water pressure, great and reliable heating and A/C. It's got a young professional culture that likes to have parties and invite the neighbors over to enjoy them. If you have this mindset then you'll see all the complaints written here are quite silly. Timbercreek: it's a great home.
Nice play to live. Liking it. Jessica and Victor are very cooperative staff. Only things I miss are- No Kids play area and no abdomen exercise machines in fitness center
Love Timbercreek! Management and maintenance staff are great - whenever I have an issue, they are on it. Love the location too!
