First time having my own place and i love it so far and love seeing the wildlife that be hanging around!
This is a great place to live. You have two bus routes within walking distance. Only complaint is that if you have a package that you are expecting, no one in the office bothers to leave a note at your door to let you know. I recently had a package delivered to the office and didn't find out about it until a week later. Thank goodness it wasn't medication to keep me or my spouse alive. Something needs to be done about this.
Renter beware After previously writing a positive review after getting my full deposit back I was informed months later that I owed my deposit back PLUS a fairly large amount of money. When I inquired if this was a mistake as I had previously been cleared of 100% of damages and received my deposit back I was informed that the apartments were under a new manager (but same parent company) and that they had reassessed and decided my apartment needed new carpet and I was responsible for this expense. Amazing place to live in. Apartment manager lives on site, and is very caring and extremely helpful. The management is prompt with anything that we request. Thank you for making this a wonderful place to stay!
"a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The pool area is lovely.
They were always promptly there for me if I needed help. I also enjoyed the scenery of the brook I the pool area and the welcoming nature of their tenants.
