I am a current tenant and when I first saw these apartments, I wanted to live here SO BAD, now I want nothing more than to leave asap. I could sit here and write pages upon pages of how you shouldnt move here and stories about the things they have done and dont do. Whoever is responsible for writing the responses to these reviews is doing just that, responding to make themselves look good when the truth of the matter is they are discriminatory, liars, who dont hired certified maintenance people, they hire random tenants and ... read more

This apartment management company has to be the worst in the business although I'm sure there are more. I've been sick for several months and they gave notice that they were going to change furnace filters. A knock on the door and awaken from sleep 6 staff members racing in my apartment. I said hey it don't *********** people to change a furnace filter. The manager was rude and ignored me. I cannot get Pedcor to answer their **** phone to file a complaint, not that it would do any good. I called the office to talk to the man... read more

Awful! First you have to call everyday, usually more than once, to have a fighting chance to get an appointment with them. Then as a never married, single mother not receiving child support, you are told you make too much money to be approved! But thats because they wont count your child as an occupant! I know full well if they were using the income limit for 2 occupants there wouldnt be a problem getting approved! Last I checked the child would be a full time occupant of the apartment! I rented from Timber Ridge Apartments for approximately seven or eight years while caretaking for my mom, at her passing without ever being in court I was forced to appear in court not having had time to even find a job..a short simple court appearance where the judge asked the property manager if she'd be willing to allow for an extension she simply said 'no'..
