Overlook apartments in ******* ******* are managed by Pedcor.There has been many many times that the apartment our daughter lives in has been without hot water for over 2 weeks has had no heat at times in the winter and many times has been without air conditioning in the 90 hot weather. They are not helpful at all or seem to care about her going without these things as she keeps paying her monthly rent. Princeton Lakes apts in ***************. is trash. It was nice before. Every since they got new management less than a year ago, its been going down hill. Its trashy outside. Maintenance isnt properly fixing the issues. These temporary fixes lasts maybe a month and then they get upset that were calling again for the same issues. My master toilet hasnt been properly working for over 6 months & every time the maintenance guy goes to flush it he says its working. I have to add water every single time I use the toilet. I moved in to ********************** in ************** last March and I wish I hadn't. The person living above me is running a meth lab and smoking at all hours day and night. The foul odor fills my apt. I have made formal complaints to the leasing office. Surprisingly, they already know about the problem. The lease clearly states that any criminal activity is grounds for eviction and yet, this person is still here. Does the building have to blow up before someone takes notice and does something?

Both the local housing ************** parent company are worthless. They DON'T answer their phones. They don't return phone calls. They give you the run around & waste your time... By the month. We turned in our applications and application fees, three months ago, in July 2022. EVERYTHING that we needed. Called the property, arranged jobs, movers & packed. I lived at ************ (Managed by Pedcor Management) for 5 years. When I moved out, I emailed my forwarding address for them to send my invoice to. I knew that I would owe something due to some minor damage. However, they never sent me an invoice, and instead put $3700 on my credit report, blacklisting me from renting until this amount was paid in full. Don't Move into ******** Apartment.They are liars and please read the lease VERY VERY closely and I guarantee you you will never sign it. In the lease it says that they will let law enforcement into your apartment. It says if someone calls and wants information about you they will give it to them. Not that I have any contact with the law,I was just amazed at the lanuage in this lease. I told office I have black mold inside windows due to a botched maintenance repair. Now due to full gutters overflowing I have black mold growing on the overhang of my deck and within my wall. My apt management has done nothing in response to finding out about the mold. I am living with black mold and I have asthma, copd, and upper lobe emphysema.

Awful ******************* to rent from. The treat people of. Color Awful.I pay ****** per month. A/C went out 99degrees outside. They didnt care been out for 5 days and still not fixed.People of color please please stay away.
