Great place to live, very spacious apartments! Great management!
I was in a crunch and needed an apartment asap and timber glen was able to get me my keys within a weekend! I called Thursday filed out the application online and was given my keys on Saturday. I didn't even know they were a Towne Propery which mad the deal perfect for me. I've lived in other rental properties but anything Towns Property is always a good pick for me.
Timber Glen Aparments are really nice and well maintained. I have loved living here so far and it is way better, in my opinion, than most other places I've lived. The staff is super friendly and maintenance is really helpful when needed.
My fiance and I moved in Dec 5th of last year. We had an issue with our hot water heater the maintenance guys Ron and Ryan came in when it was nasty and cold and fixed it for us as soon as they could. We understand why Ron won maintenance guy of the year he is amazing. I love living here all the managers are nice and great to deal with. The problems get solved fast and effectively and I would highly recommend living here to any of my friends and family.
We have been there for about 5 years and we never had a problem with this company. When something needed fix they came out and fixed it the same day. Whenever we had an issue it was fixed and acknowledged the same day. Thank you for the years of letting us rent.
We have lived here since September and love it. Front office staff are wonderful and always respond to any questions and concerns immediately. Maintenance is great. We had two minor fixes and they were quick with fixes. The best apartments we have ever lived in. Highly recommend.
I've lived in one of their apartments for about 2 years now, and it is the first place I've lived on my own in. When I first started talking with the management about renting from them, they were very helpful and made sure I understood every part of my responsibilities as one of their tenets. Every time I've talked to someone from the office here they have continued to be very kind and helpful. The apartment itself is a very nice place to live, and the grounds are well cared for.
I have had Zero complaints during my stay with timber glen. The office staff is second to none, and their correspondence is flawless. They take care of all my needs. My apartment was in great shape upon move in. Very quiet and peaceful. The neighbors are very clean and the grounds are well kept. I would absolutely recommend
