A nice place to live, If any maintenance issues they are on it fast. property is maintained well.. Very nice staff
I want to say Timber Glen apartments is ok, this is my 3rd month here and I don't like the noise, especially when your in a dead sleep and you can hear the garbage truck at 4 in the morning. The electricity we was lied to about, the most they say they seen is around 75$ we got our bill and we barely use our electricity cause we are hardly home because we work, it was 180 something dollars. Made move in super simple. The apartments are super nice and the perfect size for a family of 3. Always helpful when we have questions.

Timber Glenn Apts is one of the best apt complexes in clermont county to live. Their staff is super personal and caring as well as professional. They actually care about their residents and don't look at them as a number but as a family. The apts themselves could not be better. They are super spacious and exactly what we needed as a family. The layout is perfect. The grounds are always clean and we feel safe coming home here. Thank you for that. I would recommend our complex to everyone I know.

It's a fine place to live. Not amazing, not terrible. The staff is pretty accommodating to requests, the property itself is nice with the trees and everything, the apartments are well-designed, clean when I moved in. But the traffic getting out is horrible (as many other people have said), my kitchen is absolutely minuscule (like physically impossible for two people to be in there working at the same time), people smoke in the stairwells and leave the door propped open even though they're not allowed to, and there's quite a ... read more
I have lived here for a couple of months. The office managers are very nice and approachable. The apartment was in great condition when I moved in. I love loving here. I would recommend to more people.
