Not my first place but my first home with my child, of course i'm picky and I have had to have minor things taken care of but management has done a wonderful job at doing everything they can to keep me happy. Was actually hesitant about the location at first but aside from trying to get out of the main entrance at certain times it's very quiet and cute. Very nicely remodeled units, only thing i'd recommend is the bathroom floors being done too. Enjoying our time here!!
We've been here for almost 7 months and we're still happy! We have experienced some issues though, for example, the insulation in our apartment is not great. With winter temperatures quickly approaching, I've noticed the Duke bill has skyrocketed in attempts to keep our apartment warm. Secondly, upon moving in we had to do a check-list. It's a beautiful community and great location. I work for the company at another location and you could not ask for a better management company to lease your apartment home from.
Apartments are a great size for the price. Management is really nice and helpful. It can be tricky getting out when there's traffic, but everything is great overall.
At first, I thought it was great. Management was nice in the beginning. Then our building got our doorstop taken away because people would occasionally leave it open, so that felt like I was in elementary school. Awful to get out of with traffic. Then when I moved out, I contacted management about getting my deposit back a handful of times and never heard back. Overall, an okay starter apartment.
It's so nice and peaceful! The apartment is spacious! We're glad to call it home �
I have lived at Timber Glen for three years and absolutely love it. It is a very quiet community. Whenever I have called the office I have been treated with courtesy. If I have a maintenance problem it has been handled in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this apartment community.
