staff is always fast to respond and very helpful. building are kept spotless. and maintenance is very fast to fix stuff. outside is very well maintained as well. wonderful place to live.

I’ve lived here for for a little over a year now and my experience has been very good. The staff is very helpful and punctual. You’re in Eastgate so all your shopping needs are close by. Only issue being old 74 gets very busy in the evening and sometimes you can get stuck trying to leave. Other than that I’ve enjoyed my time here.
Pretty disappointed. I could say a lot but so much was broke when we moved in and it took almost our entire lease to fix my heating and air when it was a simple fix. 11:23 pm and still hear our neighbors television through the wall. I'm sure if you are by yourself needing a first apartment that it's fine but I honestly expected more with how much we pay for rent.
