I recently co-signed a mortgage with my daughter, who was buying a house on the west coast, while I am on the east coast. Tim was very helpful and patient as I was trying to pull all the necessary documents together. When I had difficulty sending tax returns that were password protected, he offered to contact my accountant to facilitate the transaction. Things went very smoothly after that. We are so glad we chose to work with Tim for our mortgage needs while looking to buy our house. He was so helpful every step of the way. He gave us a detailed calculation of every down payment/total loan scenario we came up with (there were several) while we were still looking for a house and kept us updated on everything that was going on after we found one.
