Took my car in for oil change last month, noticed oil dripping from my car, found out that the oil cap had been left off, called in, they had me bring my car in, did a detail on the engine and put a new cap on it. Even gave me a free oil change next time I need it, safe to say that after a unfortunate event they made it right!
