My realtor Timothy “Tim” Mathenge is the best!! Tim held my hand from the very beginning to the end when I finally purchased my new home. He was always available for any questions and/or concerns that I had. He always followed through on anything that we discussed that needed to be addressed. He’s a man that stands by his word. I would definitely recommend him to any future home buyers.
Tim helped us sell our parents’ home so they could retire at the beach, and he was incredibly patient and supportive throughout the difficult journey. My dad told me that if we are given an opportunity to rate him on a scale of 1-10, he wants to rate him a million! Tim went above and beyond what was required of him, and our whole family will refer everyone to him from now on.
We recently bought a house from Tim and everything was expertly handled and couldn’t have gone smoother. Tim was very knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process. 3 months later we had a question concerning a failing AC unit and when I reached out to Tim to ask a question. Hands down, Tim is the best! He made the home-buying process such a breeze, and didn’t overlook a single detail. He was extremely diligent and proactive in our search for the perfect home, and made sure we got the best deal once we found the one! He was extremely communicative and always available for my endless questions- if he didn’t have an answer, he’d find it. If you want someone who will truly go above and beyond, Tim is your guy. I absolutely recommend him to anyone buying a home in the area!
