House was great and as advertised. Renting through Tim Kerr was a breeze.
This home has everything you need! You only have to bring towels. There is ample space inside and outside, and a medium size pool. The kitchen has everything you need: every possibly utensil and pan! Plus a dishwasher with pods and washer and dryer including detergent and dryer sheets. There were seating arrangements outside on the deck, back and front yards. TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. Minutes from Cap May.! A fabulous house with very cool decor.
Tim Kerr realtor was easy to work with. Thanks especially to Karen VanDiver who helped us personally, always returned my text or phone calls within less than 5 minutes. The home located in Villas was a really nice place, this home has everything except a can opener. Each room has a Mitsubishi split AC so no bickering about the temperature when sleeping, the yard is amazing, if you just want to lay around, the yard has it all as stated. This house “the Ocean Victorian” is excellent. We have a big crew. The only thing it could use is some new porch chairs for next year. Property is well maintained. Plenty of room. Nice kitchen and dining areas. 100 steps from beach to the left. 100 steps to the Mall on the right. And our agent Colleen White is always on top of her game.
Lovely vacation home- perfect location and lots of spacious rooms. Two recommendations- clothes line near outside shower and at least 2 comfortable chairs needed on front porch.
