Apparently we were the first mobile app order that came in delayed. We told them we placed this order for pick up 30 mins prior at place of staying before check out. Staff tried to blame us for ordering mobile in drive thru? Issue was resolved after a dispute (as we walked in, staff was focused mainly on drive thru orders and talking, not focusing on the mobile orders computer), but cost us a little travel time. Very unwelcomed first TH experience of my travel companion.
This one is usually great but lately it seems like whoever is making the food has perfume on their hands making it onto the food.
