What an absolutely dumpster fire. Staff was so mismanaged and all over the place. Line out the door what looked to be the “manager” yelling at employees. Complete embarrassment from Tim Hortons. Didn’t end up waiting since it would have taken an hour Went down the road and had a 1000x better experience. Don’t waste your time here.
The only person I would recommend this Tim Horton’s location to is someone employed by the health department. There was cockroach in the glass donut/bagel display. I told the gentleman at the cash register about it and I was flat out ignored. Another team member was next to him and proceeded to grab a donut from the same shelf for someone in the drive-thru. Very disgusting. I can only imagine what else is crawling on the food.
