I am extremely disappointed with the customer service we received at this Tim Hortons, specifically from the manager, Jessica. She seems very racist !! Around 10:00 a.m., my husband ordered a bagel using his Tim Hortons Rewards points that he earned by spending his own money and scanning for rewards. He also paid extra out of pocket for additional cream cheese because the normal amount is usually very small.
