I stop by this location often usually there’s a boy or girl in there and there always very rude came in tonight and got some bagels and also tried the new refresher they were made very neat and the supervisor karizma who served us was very sweet, My boyfriend said she made his drink very good because last time we got it it had no fruit☹️
Worst customer service you can ever experience. I understand math is not easy but when you can’t count to 5 there is a problem .
This Tim Hortons is a fantastic place to go if you want a coffee drink but don't want any coffee in it! This morning I went through the Drive thru and ordered a Gingerbread Oat Milk Latte for $4.69, what I received instead was a cup of Oat Milk with Gingerbread Spice with an additional $0.50 charge for the Oat Milk. I was overjoyed the person taking my order understood that not only did I want to pay $5 for a flavored glass of Oat Milk but also that Tim Hortons online support weren't able to do anything for me unless I retur... read more
