I’ve been going to this location for years since it opened. My niece and the next door neighbor young woman both worked at this location in high school and a cpl years in college. I’ve loved all the people they’ve worked with over the years. Now, however, there is a floating manager named Lisa who is pretty much one of the, if not the, worst and rudest employees of any position I’ve ever seen at this store. Lisa was rude at drive-thru. After getting my order wrong at the screen multiple times and seemingly not ready to take each item down, she exclaims "I'm the only one here and I have a customer in front of me!" Maybe true, but that shouldn't affect how she is treating customers. Then, when I reached the window, i pulled out my wallet within seconds and she says "I thought you would be ready!"
