Damn, the morning girl, Shvnam,I hope I spelled name right., is so good! I wasn’t even a regular customer before, but now I am because I only came in once, and the very next day she remembered my order perfectly. It honestly made me feel so special. She made my coffee and my wrap exactly the way I like them. She’s always so friendly, polite, and welcoming. Customer service like that really stands out these days. I definitely recommend this location!
worst branch ever, never gets the order right
I enjoy Tim Hortons’ Mocha Iced Latte with whipped cream, but there’s one issue that happens almost every time I order it. The drink is usually served with a flat lid instead of a dome lid. Because of this, the whipped cream gets pressed against the lid, making it difficult to mix it into the coffee properly. A dome lid would make it much easier to enjoy the drink as intended and provide a better overall experience. I hope the staff can be more consistent with using the correct lid for drinks that come with whipped cream.
Really nice experience overall. Fresh food and polite employees. I never regrets coming at this place. Staff is really nice
