I ordered a chipotle chicken meal and my Coca Cola was flat I also ordered a large chicken noodle soup with absolutely no chicken inside. I went from loving Tim hortons to hating this place customer service is always awful. The worst thing I did was leave the Seneca casino resort for this trash.
Got a large coffee for 3 bucks and it's delicious. I don't have Tim Hortons at home just Starbucks and I really want to move now!
One particular staff member was very rude. I asked the employee to give me a minute bc my daughter was still deciding after I placed my order at the drive thru. When I went to the window I was only told the total which was $7.77 for a LG coffee and a medium Pumpkin Spice iced coffee. Both coffees tasted burnt and not even stirred. The employee at the window only said the total and couldn't even look at me when handing me my order. I said thank you, but what a waste of time!
