Love the coffee but it’s not consistent. Tell them you want a 3cream 2 sugar and it’s like no sugar at all. Sometimes ya go ing and get the same and it’s way to much sugar
We were traveling from the other states early morning and had to take a stop for coffee, we saw a big line so we placed a mobile order thinking we could wait in the car, after waiting for more than 15 min i kindly asked the lady that was taking orders at the register that we have a pick up. The staff is very rude, if you place order online and when you ask them about your order they ask you to stay in line and get the receipt first and they start preparing your order.
Worst customer service. People who are working here has bad attitude
Every single time I come here, if there is 5 to 6 cars the line takes 30 to 40 minutes, there is no reason for this, all big orders should be mandatory that you have to take them inside, it takes away the purpose of a drive-thru. They're meant to be fast with people trying to get to work, 5 cars should not make me 20 minutes late when I got in line with 15 min to spare, once you're in line you're stuck and there's nowhere to go you can't get out of line.
