I took my mom for a quick breakfast before an appointment. The service was horrible, we, along with others standing in line were completely ignored. We just decided to get a coffee and a muffin because the service was so bad we didn't want to wait for the time it would take for them to make us a breakfast sandwich and even after placing that order it's still took forever. There was no greeting, and for the people that were waiting for their order, the person calling their name could barely be heard.
Sooo unprofessional and rude to dashers.
There is a giant pothole at the drive thru window.
