This is hands down the worst Tim’s in WNY. Service is always slow and horrible. They’ve screwed up countless orders or forgotten items - sausage, egg & cheese and two hash browns? Why not a bacon on a muffin and no hash browns? If you think the line is bad, wait until you see one clueless kid working the counter.
Breakfast sandwich was not toasted. It was awful. Then mom went and got turkey club sandwich. Bread was burnt. No more food from this location.
