Can't help but feel ripped off and then told off by a very rude elderly woman. I ordered a large Pepsi and they packed as much ice in the cup as they possibly could. I was told that's how they do it. I simply asked for a little more pepsi because I didn't pay for a full cup of ice. My question is, if I had asked for no ice, would they have only given me a half cup of pepsi?? So tired of getting ripped off and there's nothing you can do about it..
The staff and atmosphere are so pleasant that the place has repeat customers on a routine basis. The coffee is wonderful at this location, and I found them to be helpful and patient when I asked a question. Keep up the good work as you always have been.
