Title: Zero Common Sense, Microplastic Cups, and Automated Corporate Excuses I originally stopped at this Tim Hortons inside the new TA with a clean trucker’s travel mug, simply asking for a coffee refill. Rating: ⭐ (1/5 Stars) Title: Zero Common Sense, Poor Communication, and Microplastic Cups I stopped at this Tim Hortons inside the new TA at 9:30 AM with a clean trucker’s travel mug, simply asking for a medium coffee refill. Instead of telling me their policy upfront, the cashier charged me and then handed me my coffee in a standard disposable Tim Hortons cup. May 27 at 3:30 customer service its so bad withe cold coffee and i ask for bagels to be toasted And it’s not toasted and all food was in small bags and ripped and all the food fall down in the floor Two bagels and grilled cheese and one wrapped chicken and one wrap, beef all those items in a small paper bag I really feel bad for this Location. Its so bad

I often visit here thrice a week, Their teen employees are so unprofessional. They don't know how to talk. Its 2nd time with me when they talked in bad way, disrespectful and with attitude. JOY name boy, he's full of attitude and a symbol of unprofessional. At counter i asked him something about tea, and he cut my words before i finish, and stare at me and said "STOP FOR A MINUTE" He put finger on me....!!
