I asked for no habanero on my bowl and the left the habanero on and forgot the sauce.
Just want to acknowledge Kiarash and Yajarvu (apologies on spelling). In a world of impatience, these two take the time to acknowledge each of my visits to this location. Kiarash is noticeably customer-centric and is focused on getting it right. I had an issue with my regular order the day prior and brought it to their attention the following day and it was addressed promptly, in a professional manner.
