Called to order 3 dozen donuts 4 days in advance for an event, then called the day before the event to make sure they had the order. Showed up on the day of event at 5am which was the scheduled pick up time and the order was not fulfilled and because of the time of day there was no alternative. Showed up to the event empty handed looking like a fool. So disappointed, I get people make mistakes which is why I called twice to ensure they had the order.

Worst Tim Hortons experience ever. Honestly, around 7 out of 10 orders from this location are wrong. The staff attitude is terrible too — especially at the drive-thru. Half the time it feels like they’re annoyed you even showed up. Instead of greeting customers properly, it’s just “what do you want?” in a rude tone. This morning I ordered a Triple Triple coffee and somehow got a plain black coffee instead. This isn’t even the first mistake. Very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. I ordered cinnamon bagels with cream cheese, but the employee used the same gloves to handle meat (including bacon) and then prepared my food without changing them. My bagels were greasy and clearly contaminated. I asked for a remake with clean gloves, but I was ignored and had to request a refund instead. Poor hygiene and customer service.
