Abusing TFW program similar to Burger King. Don’t support Tim’s anymore. Guest care team online doesn’t give a crap about making things right, I’ve probably had 50+$ in missing items over the past 5 years.
I usually come to this branch from time to time, but this was my first time ordering takeout in person, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, one of the staff members clearly saw me at the counter but chose not to assist me. Instead, another girl came to help and took my order.
