I must say everytime I come here to pick up my order I am always waiting and the sad part is I order it 10-15 mins before I leave and still end up waiting like why make a mobile order so its easier if you cant do it. And even better always mess up the order i ask for a sausage and egg wrap with extra egg and get only egg. I want what I paid for. Or if they dont have something they will make whatever they want. Best location in Kitchener. Extra respect for the guy ( Mohid ) working the window almost every night. This is truly the only location you can get great service and hot fresh coffee at 3:30 am in the morning!

I had a really great experience at Tim Hortons, especially because of Mohit. He was very friendly, polite, and professional. His positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. He made sure everything was handled quickly and with a smile. Employees like Mohit make the experience much better. Great job, Mohit! Keep up the excellent work!
