This is the nicest Tims in KW largely due to one outgoing employee (tall man with earrings) he is there almost every time I come here and he is ALWAYS working his ass off and is such a genuinely nice guy. I do a lot of driving for my job within the city and I usually try and line up my Tim’s stop to try and hit this location because of how nice this employee is. If you're buying Timbits from this store, make sure to open the box and count them before leaving!!! I bought a box of 50 Timbits on my way to visit a friend. I didn’t check the contents at the store, but when we opened the box at my friend’s house, we were shocked. I’ve bought the 50-pack many times before, but this was the first time something like this happened — it was clearly not 50 inside.
