The staff at this location seriously need improvement in professionalism and customer service. They are inattentive, disorganized, and show little interest in helping customers or communicating clearly. It’s frustrating to walk in and feel ignored or brushed off. Basic courtesy and clear communication should not be too much to ask. Very disappointing experience overall.
Extremely disappointed with the service at this Tim Hortons location. The staff show no customer service skills, no proper communication, and no welcoming attitude. Just because management doesn’t take action, it doesn’t mean the employees are free to provide service in any manner they like. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. Horrible place to stop if you have an appointment. Takes 2 seconds to pour soup in a bowl. I waited over 10 minutes. JUST FOR SOUP TO BE POURED. Then the manager was very rude telling me all these orders ahead. Then do your job, very slow for a tim hortons with no drive through. Ill never go back
