Unless you are getting the most basic item they are going to mess it up, I live right next to this Tim’s and go there frequently, however every time I go they mess up my order, I only get an iced coffee made with chocolate milk and extra cane sugar, but every time I go they forget to put ANY cane sugar in, so it always tastes extremely bitter, would be a good Tim’s if they actually listened and make things correctly. 🤷♀️
I was at this location very late in the night. I loved the customer service offered by Fthi. She was pleasant to talk to and was very kind with helping us with the order, we were trying to get the new caramel centre timbits and arrived without even knowing the name (lol). She very kindly helped us with identifying them and showed us how they looked. Best experience at a Tim's ever!
Had a crispy chicken sandwich. And my daughter had a pepperoni pizza. Both were fresh and good.
