Terrible customer service. Super rude for absolutely no reason. I had an interaction that actually ruined my whole day. I ordered through the drive through and i thought i said iced capp but they heard iced coffee which isn’t a problem. I got to the window and paid for my order and then they were handing my order and i noticed they made iced coffee instead of ice capp. So i told them that i wanted and iced capp and they insisted i said iced coffee.
