I would like to recognize Vivek for his excellent customer service and professionalism. He was incredibly kind, respectful, patient, and welcoming. He went above and beyond to make the experience feel positive, and his attitude really stood out. Vivek is a great representation of what excellent customer service should look like. His kindness and professionalism deserve to be recognized, and I hope his hard work and positive attitude are appreciated. Employees like him make a real difference in a customer’s experience.
Great selection with cool new special items every once in a while. Service could be a little faster though with a lot of employees working behind the counter but only 1 taking orders so there's a long line of customers waiting. Restaurant is nice with plenty of tables, chairs, space, and even an accessible table. There are also handicap buttons to open a door, but there could be a few more because it's only on 1 of the doors.
The young lady with brown hair working at the front cash last night was so nice and friendly. Thank you for such good customer service.
