It’s 30 degrees outside and I wanted my usual order which is a double shot of expresso on ice. I was told they can not give it even tho I got it several times here and at any other time Hortons. The supervisor deepash had lots of attitude. It’s freaking 30 degree outside and it feels like 40 degrees and they refuse to give me ice in my double espresso cup. Trying to explain someone how I would prefer the food and had to give up as drive thru person not ready to listen and talk back and started arguing
Gone be the days of kindness and customer service at this Tim Hortons. Truly sad with the new management came terrible staffing. The assistant manger is unsure of her name as well as the supervisor they believe rolling eyes and ignorance at the window is customer service.. TRULY SAD what has happened at Tim Hortons across Ontario
