It’s very unprofessional work here and your employees had no sense how to behave with customers they don’t have any sense how to speak. I paid for extra money because I want extra they don’t even gave me the real contenty as well when I am paying them more and when I complain about it they were like no we can not replace it or we can not add any more so why did I pay extra and they also added extra in bill as well
I visited this location on July 1. I ordered 3 meals for my children, as well as iced coffee, a bagel, and timbits. The experience I had at this location was the worst customer service I have ever had, anywhere. The employee did not ring in 2 of the meals properly, so we were short 2 hasbrowns. It took them over 20 minutes to “fix” the issue, and I ended up leaving without what I had ordered anyways, as they told me that they could not refund what I had paid or find a way to include the hashbrowns in the meals, as ordered.
