I would like to recognize the Tim Hortons employee working around 3:52 PM on September 27. I unfortunately forgot to ask his name, but he was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. I had a very specific order and asked if my donuts could be reheated. Even though he was busy, he took the time to do it for me without making me feel like I was being difficult. His patience and kindness really stood out. I just wanted to let him know that he is the best employee at this Tim Hortons! Please pass along my appreciation to him. ⭐

They don’t follow the order instructions and asked to put 1 honey and give 3 instead. This happened almost 5 times. They also speak in their own language with each other while customer being present. They cut down on the amount of things go into their wraps. You will bite into just the wrap with atleast 2 spoons of filling cut short. Really horrible experience every time I visited there. Very disappointed with my experience at Tim Hortons. I found a bug in my coffee, which was honestly disgusting and very concerning. I understand that mistakes can happen, but finding a bug in a drink is a serious hygiene issue. I expected better cleanliness and quality from Tim Hortons. I hope the management takes this seriously and looks into what happened so this does not happen to other customers.
