October 15 around 4pm she was at driver through window. Very rude lady lack of costumer service.
Staff is absolutely oblivious of what is going on. I waited at the counter and I wasn’t sure whether am waiting to be served or having a staring contest with the staff. All of them assisting over the phone while am waiting in front of the counter. My girlfriend was assisted by a girl who was totally clueless about what a sleeve was and she then disappeared to assist on whatever call.I don’t blame only them for that clearly the management should hire more people to do their online orders. I went to use a $3 protein latte coupon and ordered a large vanilla protein latte. The total was $6.60... From $3.... and their reasoning was because I added vanilla. So they wanted to charge me $3.60 for a vanilla shot. Rather than just ringing it through as a protein latte and then adding an extra vanilla shot charge after. So instead of trying to fix the issue, they basically blamed me for not realizing that the vanilla wasn't included in the three dollars and that it changed the coupon.
