I went to order loaded wrap at 8:30 pm, the manager(gaganpreet) said its not possible bcoz we are closing at 9:00 pm, however google says they close at 11 pm. Then I asked for pizza, again she replied with same that we are closing at 9 and we have started cleaning already. So no wrap or pizza is possible.
Forgot to make our food and then took 10 more mins to make it. Never had worse service at a Tim Hortons. Total 20 mins to get 1 wrap
Probably the worst Tims I've been to so far. Believe me, I have work in restaurants for 2 years so I know how hard the industry is, I am always polite and very patient, but sometimes terrible service needs to be called out. The old white lady at the counter is extremely rude, there was a cute lil kid front for me giving his order and she was very condescending to him.
