I ask for fresh tea either i was told clearly please make fresh tea I'll wait i request him (Meet) twice after that I get cold tea and other employee ( girl ) make it So unprofessional. Don't care about customer order. I don't have option otherwise I'll give -minus stars
New and friendlier faces. Only bad experience being the staff questioning me for my mobile order. For him my name sounds feminine and they expected a girl to come. 🤣
They have no cappuccino. And you have to deal with paki's instead of Canadians.
I'm not happy to leave this review but this is getting to be habitual at this location. I order my coffee with 1 milk 1 sugar. I'm constantly given my coffee with cream. I order through the app so the is no miss clicks and if there is it's on me. I'm not in a position to be able to return until hours later. I maybe get my coffee made right at this location 2 out of 10 times. Check your items before you leave. I understand they are busy but we all know how having your coffee order messed up sets you up for the day.
