This is the worst service I have ever received so far with an order at Tims. Ordered a loaded wrap it was thin like hell they didnt even put proper portion of rice and cucumber mix in it. When I asked I was told owner wants it that way we cannot do anything about it. Any drink ordered without ice is filled between 3rd to 4th line. Thats not even the standard. 15$ and this is what we get. Dear owner DONT BE THAT STINGY TIM HORTONS ROCKS IN GENERAL BUT NOR THIS LOCATION.
this Tim's is such a godsend for a quick cold treat when passing through. Sharon especially is such a wonderfully kind and patient soul, especially when I'm hurried and frantic!!
Horrible. The staff ignores you for up to 10 minutes, makes excuses for creating a line of 15 people and then gives me attitude for asking why im being ignored? Rudely threw my change on the counter, I asked the African American lady's name who served me and she ignored me and then waited until I asked someone else what her name was. I had a pickup order, but they made me wait for 15 minutes. Even customers who were waiting in the regular line received their orders before mine. It wasn’t even that busy, so the delay was hard to understand. After waiting so long, I finally asked about my order, and only then did they prepare it. Very disappointing service.
We ordered potato bites, but they were all overcooked. The service was also very poor.
