I had a pickup order, but they made me wait for 15 minutes. Even customers who were waiting in the regular line received their orders before mine. It wasn’t even that busy, so the delay was hard to understand. After waiting so long, I finally asked about my order, and only then did they prepare it. Very disappointing service.

I had a really nice visit to my local Tim Hortons today and wanted to leave a quick review. From the second I walked in, the older white lady at the front counter was incredibly welcoming and friendly. She made me feel right at home right away, which is always a great way to start the day at a place like this. Good service overall. Gloria and Priya were friendly, patient, and made the experience easy. You can tell they care about doing things right even during rush hours!
Workers are very nice, gave us free ice capps and great service.
