I had a terrible experience at this Tim Hortons on Belmont Ave. When I went through the drive-thru earlier, the staff laughed at me while I was ordering, which felt very disrespectful. Later, when we went back just to order a tea, the manager Gopika Manoj suddenly shouted at us for no reason. We didn’t even complain, we only came to buy a drink, but we were treated very rudely. Only one worker was kind, but overall it was very upsetting.
This location has the worst customer service I’ve seen. The first time, my friend was mocked at the drive-thru. Later, when we returned only to order a tea, the manager, a lady, yelled at us without any reason. We left feeling embarrassed and disrespected. Not a good experience at all.
Very unprofessional service. My friend was laughed at during the drive-thru, and when we came back just to order a drink, the manager a lady shouted at us out of nowhere. We didn’t go there to argue or complain, but the staff made us feel unwelcome. Terrible customer service. ---
