I placed an online order today for a French Vanilla with half coffee. I really appreciate how quickly my order was prepared and served—the timing was excellent. Hard to understand the english
Me and my 19 months old come to this Tim Hortons every Saturday and I can’t tell enough how friendly and nice the staff at this location is. I’ve been to so many Tim Hortons in Canada and I have never experienced this service from any other. Since I’ve been there for an hour with my son every single day I can see it’s the same service for every single client. I have visited this Tim Hortons multiple times, and unfortunately, I’ve had repeated negative experiences with a team member named Umma. On several occasions, she has been rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. Good customer service starts with treating customers respectfully, but that hasn’t been my experience. I hope the management looks into this feedback and takes steps to improve the customer experience.
Takes too much time to serve. Staff if very rude, and wait for a while to give orders even when there is no rush. Don't follow the instructions given while making an order.I ordered plain croissant heated with butter and they gave me without butter. This happened multiple times. If you can go to another tims nearby, that will be better for you.
