One of the few Tim Hortons Locations I've seen that can easily compete with any modern/sophisticated cafe. The location is great, the interiors allow amazing view of the street, the temperature is set just to the perfect level and to top it off - the music was actually good. I really liked it there and wouldn't mind spending an evening just chilling out on a seat. Also, the electronic terminals really cut down on the "stand in line" time. Stopped by Tim Hortons on a Friday evening and there was only one person behind the counter, handling both orders and preparation. They worked hard, but the wait was long. More staff would have made the experience much smoother.
Very bad staff and there was one girl named kritika , she was so rude with me today.
Worst staff and bad service. I just asked for extra tissues and this team member numruta something was being too rude to me as if I was doing something wrong and ignored me and attended next customer.
