Understandable very busy location and I also understand having a bad day , especially this busy location but SOME of the employees are not friendly and make sure to let one know that they do not like their job.

I didn’t get what I paid for. They were so slow I ordered lots of food and I paid for it and they gave different order and refused to give me what ordered originally.
I can hardly believe that this café is located inside a major hospital with hundreds of patients, doctors, staff, and visitors — yet it is always out of stock! They don’t even have a cappuccino or espresso machine like all the other branches. Baked goods, muffins, chili, and more are constantly unavailable. On top of that, the hygiene is shockingly poor. I asked if I could redeem points for a coffee and still get the $1 donut deal. I was told I could then I got charged the full price of the donut. The workers there didn’t understand the math and kept saying I still came out on top. Paying 1.77 is the 1.69 donut price plus tax. No ability to refund here it seems so I had to absorb the loss. Tim Hortons is now my restaurant of last resort. Fortunately McDonalds is cheaper and more reliable. And yes, this is ridiculous given it’s over 0.72 but why should I be the one to suffer ... read more
