I am your regular customer Today i had a bad service from your cashier. I think he need to get proper training from Tims.
This is highly unacceptable I come after volunteering all day ask for a decafe get serverd coffee mixed with water !!! Not only that I ask for refund and the girl gets hostile and threatens to call the police. What has happened to Tim Hortons?!?
I’ve been here with my newborn for a few days and generally been pretty good. Today the big white lady at the cash told me this morning, while I was ordering “Getting complicated are we?” Before she looked around to see if someone else can take my order. Holy never felt such racism. The crazy thing is, the last couple days the people have been sweet. And never had a problem with me modifying my order for my allergies.
This is the worse Tim Hortons in the city. The service is slow. Customer service seems to not matter to any of these employees. I have never had as many issues at a tim hortons as I have at this 1. All staff could use retraining especially in regards to customer setvice. The two woman who were on last night were extremely rude. I will never go back to this Tim Hortons or recommend to anyone
