Terrible experience at Tims location at midtown hospital in Kitchener. I was waiting for 10 mins and when i asked about my order update, the lady ( brown girl, short hair, sharp voice) said we don't have candy cane hot chocolate, i said give me a regular one. She prepared a small one for my medium order. Then she poured more hot chocolate on my whipped cream topping. Horrible customer service.
I visited this Tim Hortons this evening to buy some croissants, and I was very disappointed. There were flies inside the display cabinet, crawling around the croissants, pastries, and other baked goods. This location is inside a hospital, so I expected much higher standards of cleanliness and food safety. On top of that, the staff were not polite and the customer service was very poor. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I hope management addresses these hygiene and customer service issues as soon as possible.

Watched the employees get into an argument with each other during a busy time in front of customers, some stormed off, some yelled. Was very uncomfortable waiting 20mins and watching this chaos. A hospital setting is already chaotic for everyone, a hospitality service should not be for their customers.
Worst experience ever. I strongly recommend avoiding this location. It's worth driving to another one if you want to be treated with basic respect. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Unfortunately, I didn't, and my experience matched many of the negative comments. The staff seriously needs to improve their customer service.
