My experience at this location was disappointing. The staff was not welcoming, the chicken bacon wrap I ordered contained spoiled lettuce and the coffee where not fresh. When I brought this to the attention of the staff member, she stated that the lettuce they receive is generally like that and asked how I wanted the issue resolved. Although I requested a replacement, the new wrap was poorly prepared, with insufficient sauce and vegetables. One of the worst locations I’ve been to. Very unorganized. It’s like a free for all to get your coffee. Half of the staff barely announce what drink they’re putting on the counter.
The staff here is so rude!!!!!!
