A terrible Tim Hortons doesn’t matter if you place your order online or in person, it’ll take forever. And when you ask about it, the workers will act offended and be extremely rude to you. Toasted bagels, coffee or a breakfast sandwich shouldn’t take 25+ minutes to make.
Wanted to order my daughter some food. Pizza. Refused to make it because they were busy. Sorry but the hospital Tim Hortons is always busy. If you dont want to make them then dont put them on your menu at certian locations! That I would understand. We waited in line and then were told. :(
It’s a waste of time to visit this place for coffee or food. The service is too slow, for single coffee ordered in advance you still have to wait for more than 10 mins which is bullshit. When ask about where is my Oder the staff doesn’t respond well and said not available. Upon asking why didn’t let us know that it’s not available, the staff said I don’t have to it’s here I wrote not available, you can see. The worst. They never have anything when I go there. They always seem to not have or run out. How do you run out of eggs at 8am!! Also never get my order right. I don’t know what’s the point of even having them there.
