Absolutely terrible customer service. This Tim Hortons is located inside a hospital, which makes the attitude I experienced even more disappointing. The older woman working the cash had zero customer service skills. She didn’t listen to my order, walked away, and then came back asking what I wanted again with an attitude like I was somehow inconveniencing her by being a customer. Super rude employee!!!! Sad :((
Unbelievably rude staff
My wife comes to the Cancer s Center for treatment. We have ordered coffee and food several times now. Coffee is always way to hot and tastes burnt every time we order from this location. The staff almost seem irritated to be there and move at a snails pace. We wait 5-10 minutes just to order and another 5-10 for the coffee and food to be served. Overall a bad location that needs a entire revamp.
