Shahana is the woman who usually takes my order and always greets me with a big smile. AND she remembers my order…and she remembers other customers’ orders as well. She doesn’t have to, but sure does save time and makes me feel seen as a person and valued. She ensures to ask me if i want anything else and quickly rings up and fulfills my order accurately. I don’t know much else regarding her, but she should be looked at for a commendation of sorts. Thank you Shahana and TH!
