I always have a great experience at this Tim Hortons. The staff are super friendly and always greet me with a smile, which honestly makes my day. They consistently get my order right, even when it’s a little specific, and they do it quickly and efficiently. Not enough of staff, after taking every order they go away to prepare it
If i could rate this even lower, I most definitely would. This place is absolutely miserable, with some of the worst staff I've communicated with to date. The fact that they will openly talk bad to you within earshot and somehow try to make it your fault is horrible. Terrible people, alongside getting the wrong orders constantly. -∞/10
I'd give 0 stars. Despicable customer service. The workers were handing out orders WITHOUT checking receipts or checking if its the right person they are giving it to. I kindly informed a staff that I did not get my order yet and that it has been quite some time. She goes to the back and I overhear them gossip. Then her colleague, comes and starts telling me off for "not getting my order". I told her, there were two people you gave those exact item to - was that even their order???
