Super unhygienic and always mess food. Untrained staff
I have an 11 month old daughter so have a stroller with me every time, and EVERY SINGLE TIME they have the handicapped doors disabled. While it doesn’t affect me as much, think about people who physically CANT get into the store unless those are working. And from what I know the workers TURN IT OFF, I’ve watched managers turn it back on so I could get out after watching me struggle to get in.
I have been working at a Tim hortons as an assistant manager for quite a while now. When I went at this location to order croissant grilled. They simply declined to grill. As I know they can grill it but manager just declined. Management should look into it and should serve correct products if customer ask.
